Which is actually bigger, Super Tengen Tonpa Gurren Lagann's drill or Super Shenron from Dragonball Super? So I got into fb this evening and found a post claiming that STTGL's drill is the biggest fictional thing in the universe (or outside it I guess). The post then had a comment saying that Super Shenron begs to differ.

IIRC lagann does not literally mean face, that's Gan. So Ganmen is literally Face-men. The tengen toppa is correct though. Lagann roughly means "All-encompassing face", and Gurren translates to "Crimson blossom". Tengen Toppa essentially means "Pierce the heavens". So, Heaven-piercing crimson face. Thanks.
